B2B Businessmen Meetings Program:

Request to meet a businessman with an exhibitor:

  • The businessman enters the program system, fills in the personal data, and sets the date and time of the meeting with the exhibitor within the exhibition days only.

  • The system sends a mobile message and an email to the presenter to approve or apologize for the meeting request.

  • The exhibitor enters the program system, fills in the personal data, and sets the date and time of the meeting with another exhibitor within the exhibition days only.

  • The system sends a mobile message and an email to the presenter to approve or apologize for the meeting request.

  • The program system will send many mobile messages and emails to the bidder, please interact with them and confirm the meeting request or apologize..
