All exhibitors must deal directly with Lowe Arabia Rental Equipment, the official refrigeration and catering equipment provider, for any kitchen equipment or cold rooms requirement for the entire duration of the Show.

Orders Procedure:

Equipment catalogue and Order Form with prices will be provided to all exhibitors to select the required equipment for their booth. 

 

Exhibitor shall fill their requirement of the selected Model/Quantity in the order form and submit it to Lowe Arabia to process their order. 

Exhibitor should fill the the order form with their complete company details and stand Number.

 

 

Equipment Pricing:

Equipment Prices on Lowe Order Form are inclusive of delivery installation and collection after the show end. 

A damage waiver of 7.5% shall apply to all orders. 

All orders are subject to 15%Vat, as per the Saudi taxation law.

 

Orders Deadline:

All orders must be placed, confirmed and paid before the order deadline 27th January to allow shipment.

Any orders made beyond that window will not be guaranteed to arrive on time as required and/or additional cost will be charged to the Exhibitors.

 

 

Power Load Connection:

Lowe Arabia shall provide all technical specification, power load requirements to exhibitors. 

Exhibitors should communicate the selected equipment requirements for their booth to City Events /the stand builder to assure providing the correct power load connections.
